Privacy
Tavronus Forge is an early prototype, not a company with a formal legal or compliance program. This page describes, plainly, what actually happens to your data.
Browser-local demo data
Demo state — your simulated tasks, their progress, chat history, and workspace preferences on the /forge page — is stored in your browser's localStorage only. It never leaves your device, and clearing your browser storage removes it completely.
Ordinary website requests
Like any website, the hosting provider (Vercel) receives standard technical request logs — IP address, user agent, requested path — needed to deliver pages and defend against abuse. We do not add analytics trackers or set our own cookies on top of that.
The early-access form
The early-access form transmits the fields you fill in — name, email, GitHub username, team size, stack, platform preference, pain point, and any optional notes — to our server, where they are validated and written to a durable database (Neon Postgres). If configured, the project owner also receives an email notification. Submitting again with the same email updates your existing application rather than creating a duplicate.
The contact form
The contact form transmits your name, email, reason, and message to the same database, and may trigger an email notification to the project owner. Rapid identical resends from the same address are deduplicated rather than stored twice.
What we don't collect
We do not ask for passwords, API keys, repository contents, precise location, or device fingerprinting. Form text fields have sensible maximum lengths, and inputs are validated on our server regardless of what the browser sends.
Retention, correction, and deletion
Submissions are kept for as long as the Forge Preview program is active so the owner can follow up. If you want your application or message corrected or deleted, ask via the contact form and the owner will handle it directly — there is no automated self-service deletion yet, and no formal legal review of this policy (no GDPR/SOC 2/ISO/HIPAA certification is claimed).
Third parties
Form data is processed by our database provider (Neon, via Vercel) and, where an owner notification is configured, our email provider (Resend) to deliver that notification. We do not sell or share submissions beyond what's needed to operate the site.
